Rabindra Bharati Society feels proud to have a big and spacious Library Room at the Society’s Office premises which contains a good collection of Books, Periodicals, Journals, Magazines etc. on literature. These collection include the magazines and periodicals published from the House of Jorasanko Thakurbari during the times of Rabindranath Tagore such as ‘Bharati’, ‘Prabasi’ etc. Members of Rabindra Bharati Society as well as people in general mainly students of colleges and universities have the opportunity to avail the facility of free reading in the library room which can help them greatly to enrich knowledge in literature particularly to undergo research works on literature. The Library remains open from 3-30 pm to 7-30 pm every day except Sunday and public holiday. There is a Piano-accordian kept in the library room which was being tuned by Late Indira Devi Choudhurani (Niece of Rabindranath Tagore) which is still in running condition.
